Ready to print format is highlighted in policies and procedures but as a reminder, Prints must be sent in PNG format, 300dpi or better, and transparent background as in none. If they are sent any different than this they will be printed as sent and no refunds will be given. If I catch the mistake I will give you a courtesy contact and give you option to fix, or I can fix them for a fee.
